As we are spending more and more time on health, fitness or even traveling, we want to stay connected with our favorite tunes. But not many headsets out there are fit to do the job, especially if you spend some time outside the house. They are either expensive, wired or clunky. Our headsets focus on delivering economical, wireless and sport-fitted features so customers can enjoy music to the best they can while they live that healthy and adventurous life. I entered the wrong shipping address when I placed my order! What should I do?
Email us at email@example.com with your order number as soon as possible and we can edit your shipping address if the item has not yet shipped. Once an order is placed, however, we cannot edit shipping information.
How soon will my order be shipped?
All orders will be quickly shipped within 3 business days (Mon - Fri). Tracking information will be emailed out along with any new updates to the contact email provided with the order after it has been shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
We are based in the United States with inventory in major global hubs so we can ship internationally worldwide at no extra cost for most countries.
Where will my order be shipped from?
We are stocked to ship from the US, China and Europe which will allow international deliveries worldwide. Depending on the item and order, we will ship from our fit location of choice for your order to arrive promptly.
How long does shipping take?
Your order should arrive to you within the time range you select in your shipping option at checkout. This time range is the the time required by the postal service to deliver your package. Do also note that the customs processes in your destination country may require additional time to process and clear your package, which does not account for postal service time.
Please allow additional time for your country's customs and postal services to deliver your package during public holidays and peak seasons such as Christmas.
How can I return my order?
We have a 30-day return policy if your item is in returnable condition. To see if your items are able to be returned for store credit, please visit our Policy page.
I received a shipping notification but when I click the link I am not able to track my package. Is my tracking number wrong?
Your tracking number is correct! When you receive your notification it means that we have packaged your order up for shipping and USPS has picked it up. It usually takes one business day for USPS to scan the tracking number into their system. Check the link again tomorrow and you will likely be able to track your package from that point on.
What do I do if my order is shipped but I never received it?
If your tracking number says "delivered" or "out for delivery" but you haven't received your package, please contact your local USPS office (or local post office if international). In most cases, they will be able to help you locate the package. HIFIspace will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
